Orders
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your preferences.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I add items to my order after checkout?
We’re unable to modify orders once placed. You’ll need to place a new order for additional items.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

We currently ship selected international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
5–12 business days
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors or your building reception. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unused and in original condition.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, certain products like socks or intimate wear cannot be returned.
